We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN position in the home health setting. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. There may be occasional on call. The pay and benefits are generous for this Hospice Registered Nurse position. It is preferred that the RN have Hospice experience, however we will consider Registered Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients, or labor and delivery. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager. REQUIREMENTS OF THE HOSPICE REGISTERED NURSE POSITION: It is preferred that the RN have Hospice experience, however we will consider Registered Nurse who have at least 1 year of recent experience working in labor and delivery, or with adult and geriatric medical / surgical patients in any of the following settings:  Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. The RN must have a current CPR certification, valid Driver's license, and valid auto insurance. The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN). The registered nurse must be licensed in the state. The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.

Traveling is part of your salary plus you will get additional pay for mileage, but I want to make sure that you are fine with traveling as that is an integral part of home hospice?
