Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) for our Home Health and Hospice programs. Requirements:

  • Current RN license in California

  • At least 4 years of recent Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation

  • Minimum 1 year as a Home Health supervisor or administrator

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
