Overview

We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, flexible position doing skilled nursing visits for adult and geriatric patients in their homes. This role offers true flexibility—you schedule directly with your patients and can plan your day around your own life and appointments. This is a permanent position with generous pay, great benefits, and mileage reimbursement. We welcome new grads and RNs from all backgrounds and settings.

 

Position Highlights:

  • Flexible scheduling – you control your start/end time

  • Manage your own caseload (case manager model)

  • Work with a long-established, stable home health company

  • Full-time schedule: 35 visits per week, Monday–Friday

  • Coverage area includes: Lakewood, Wheatridge, Arvada, Denver, Aurora

Pay & Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder

  • Experience in any setting is welcome 

  • New grads are encouraged to apply

  • Comfortable with travel between patient homes (travel time is paid)
