We’re seeking a Full Time (Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm) Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying home health position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients. You’ll work with a well-established, stable home health agency that’s highly rated on Medicare.gov. Home health experience is preferred, but we also welcome RNs with 2+ years of acute care experience in a hospital setting. This is a field-based position where you’ll manage care plans as a “case manager.”

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)

• Mileage reimbursement: Typically $200+ per week

What to Expect:

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

• Home Health experience preferred, or 2+ years of hospital acute care
