We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position serving Suffolk County. This role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with no weekends or on-call. About the Role:
This is a field-based position doing in-home visits with adult and geriatric patients. You’ll see multiple patients per day in their homes or senior living facilities. While most patients are located close together, occasional drives of 20–40 minutes may be required.
Pay & Benefits:
$80,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Current PT license in the state
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
