We’re hiring a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in home health care. This role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 1 weekend/month rotation (no on-call required). The schedule provides structure, stability, and the chance to make a direct impact on adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

About the Role:
This is a field-based position seeing multiple patients per day in their homes or senior living facilities. While home health experience is not required, you must have at least 1 year of experience treating adult or geriatric patients in any clinical setting (hospital, SNF, rehab, outpatient, etc.). Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
Current PT license in the state
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
At least 1 year of licensed experience treating adults or geriatrics
