We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as the Director of Quality & Compliance for our home hospice program. In this critical role, you will lead our organization-wide quality improvement efforts and ensure full compliance with all state, federal, and CHAP standards. Reporting to executive leadership, this position requires a strong foundation in hospice regulatory knowledge, clinical excellence, and a passion for patient-centered care. The Registered Nurse must have a minimum of 1 year of senior-level experience in hospice quality/compliance and an in-depth knowledge of Hospice Conditions of Participation and Conditions of Payment.
Lead agency-wide quality improvement initiatives with a focus on both patient care and organizational performance
Conduct patient chart audits and identify and address quality-of-care deficiencies
Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, department leaders, and clinical staff to implement and educate on quality standards
Ensure regulatory compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, and CHAP Standards of Excellence
Serve as an internal expert on Hospice Conditions of Participation and Conditions of Payment
Design and execute a strategic quality plan with annual goals and focused performance assessments
Lead and mentor performance improvement teams, teaching data-driven quality assessment tools

Active RN license in Nevada
Minimum of 1 year of senior-level experience in hospice quality/compliance
In-depth knowledge of Hospice Conditions of Participation and Conditions of Payment
Demonstrated ability to lead compliance and quality improvement projects in a hospice setting
Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
