We are actively hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice Case Manager position. In this role, the RN will provide visits to patients in skilled nursing facilities as well as in-home settings.This position has a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm, with some on call responsibility. The Registered Nurse must have some Hospice experience.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state

• Prior hospice experience is required

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
