We’re seeking a Full Time (Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm) Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying home health position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients. You’ll work with a well-established, privately owned stable home health agency that’s highly rated on Medicare.gov. Home health experience is preferred, but we also welcome RN's with 2+ years of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients.

Benefits Include:

  • Very competitive pay

  • 5 weeks PTO (increases with longevity)

  • Medical, dental, vision insurance

  • Life insurance (100% employer-paid)

  • Short/long-term disability (through Aflac)

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Mileage reimbursement (gas + extra)

  • Illinois Secure Choice Retirement Plan

  • Paid continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Illinois

  • At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder

Screening Questions (please answer in your application):

1. This is a full-time role. Are you able to commit to full-time hours (Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm)?

2. What days/times are you available for an in-person interview?

3. This is not shift-based. You’ll visit multiple patients per day, sometimes driving 20–40 minutes between. About half your day will be driving. Are you comfortable with that?

4. Home health includes a lot of documentation. Are you okay with this?

5. Please describe your recent hands-on experience with skilled nursing (e.g., wound care, wound vacs, med management, patient education, blood draws). What skills have you done recently, and where (include dates)?

6. What is your best email address for follow-up?
