We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position serving Suffolk County. About the Role:
This is a field-based position doing in-home visits with adult and geriatric patients. You’ll see multiple patients per day in their homes or senior living facilities. While most patients are located close together, occasional drives of 20–40 minutes may be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

  • Current PT license in the state

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

  • New grads welcome

  • COVID-19 vaccine required
