Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Executive Director to lead two home health agencies—one located in Downers Grove and the other in Chicago. If you’re a motivated leader with healthcare experience, this could be the perfect opportunity!

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical staff

  • Guide and support DONs, DOTs, clinical supervisors, and staff

  • Assist with clinical planning and management

  • Help evaluate patient care and family/caregiver needs

  • Contribute to budgeting and operational planning

  • Monitor census trends and adjust staffing needs accordingly

  • Evaluate and manage clinical supervisory staff

  • Oversee hiring, evaluations, and terminations

  • Maintain accurate patient records and reporting

  • Support performance improvement and safety in care delivery

  • Promote home health services in the local healthcare community

Pay & Benefits:

  • Generous salary - $105,000 - $135,000 a year 

  • Bonus eligible - up to 32.5% of annual base salary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Medicine or a professional degree from an accredited program (Master’s in healthcare preferred). This position does not require and will not consider an M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) as a qualifying credential.

  • 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
