Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Area Vice President of Operations to oversee two home health agencies—one located in Downers Grove and the other in Chicago. After training, there will be opportunities to work remotely on select days. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and fostering employee engagement in alignment with our mission and values.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead operations across multiple home health locations

  • Ensure high-quality, compliant, and ethical care delivery

  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, and regulatory adherence

  • Recruit and retain qualified staff to maintain appropriate staffing levels

  • Drive business growth and implement leadership directives

  • Foster clear communication and staff development

  • Support performance improvement and clinical excellence

  • Ensure all services meet professional standards and are properly supervised

  • Maintain accurate public information and community presence

  • Stay informed on industry trends and communicate updates

  • Provide leadership coverage during all operating hours

Pay & Benefits:

  • Generous salary - $165,000 - $200,000 a year 

  • Bonus eligible – up to 37.5% of annual base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master’s in healthcare preferred)

  • 3+ years of healthcare management experience (home health strongly preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Public relations and marketing experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and corporate operations
