The agency is well-established with many years of success and stability.

Screening Questions:

1. This is a full-time position. Are you willing and able to work full-time hours?

2. What times and days could you do an in-person interview?

3. This role is not shift-based—you’ll visit multiple patients daily in their homes or senior living communities. Are you comfortable with that level of travel?

4. There is a lot of paperwork in home health. Are you okay with this?

5. Please describe your recent hands-on experience with skilled nursing treatments for subacute medical/surgical patients, such as wound care, wound vacs, med management, patient education, and blood draws. Which of these have you done recently, where, and during what dates (month/year to month/year)?

6. What is your best email address for follow-up?
