Requirements:

• RN license in the state

• At least 2 years of recent experience with adult/geriatric med-surg patients (SNF, Hospital, Rehab, Home Health, or Hospice)

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

• COVID-19 vaccination required (you may apply for an exemption)

• Comfortable with traveling between patient homes (expect 20–40 minutes of driving at times)

• Skilled in: complex wound care, wound vacs, med management, blood draws, and patient education
