Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a permanent position in Home Health Care. The LVN will make home visits to adult and geriatric patients with subacute med/surg diagnoses, providing skilled nursing care and emotional support under supervision. This role involves participating in care planning, patient education, and delivering comfort-focused care to improve patients’ quality of life.

 

We welcome LVNs with at least 4 years of experience caring for adult or geriatric med/surg patients. Home health experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing in the state

  • At least 4 years of recent experience with adult or geriatric med/surg patients

  • Skilled nursing experience with treatments such as wound care, medication management, wound vacs, patient education, or blood draws is preferred

  • Home health experience is a plus

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
