Position Details:

• Part-time role: 15–24 hours per week

• Home visits with adult and geriatric patients

• Local travel required between patient homes 

• Consistent caseload supported by a dedicated clinical team

Required Qualifications:

• Active West Virginia COTA license

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required)

• Comfortable with driving throughout the day

• Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
