We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care. This role is also known as Clinical Manager in some agencies. $120,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Provide oversight of patient care services and personnel during all operational hours
Supervise a large interdisciplinary team with a census of ~200 patients
Ensure clinical integrity of field staff and independent contractors
Oversee OASIS documentation and compliance
Participate in staff development, performance reviews, and competency evaluations
Collaborate with QAPI and Education teams to support clinical excellence
Enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards
Participate in the design and review of agency systems and processes
Provide coaching and disciplinary support when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN license in the state
At least 2 years of recent experience in Medicare Home Health, including proficiency with OASIS documentation
Some management experience in any healthcare setting
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
