We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a very flexible position in home health care. This role is ideal for someone looking to work 8+ hours per week with control over their schedule and a manageable caseload of Medicare patients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Home health experience with multiple Medicare patients per day

• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
