Overview

We’re seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible role in home health care. This position gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule. You'll coordinate directly with patients, allowing you to structure your day around personal commitments and appointments. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists from any healthcare setting are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

  • Must have a current state license to practice Physical Therapy

  • Any experience level accepted, including new graduates

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)

  • COVID-19 vaccination is required (exemptions may be requested)

  • Must be comfortable with daily travel between patient homes (some drives may be 20–40 minutes)
