Overview

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying Home Hospice Overnight On-Call position, providing care to patients in their homes throughout St. Louis, St. Charles, and Jefferson counties. Work 7 days on, 7 days off — enjoy a full-time salary with a built-in week off every other week, plus PTO. That means half the year is yours for travel, family, or personal time while still earning generous pay and benefits.

 

On-Call Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 5 PM–8 AM

  • Friday 5 PM–Monday 8 AM

  • Work from home during on-call hours — you can sleep, but must be available to answer calls and go out if needed.

  • Occasional visits or admissions, with plenty of support staff to help.

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state of Missouri

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder

  • Preferred: Hospice experience

  • Will consider RNs with 2+ years recent experience with adult/geriatric med-surg patients
