We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients. This role offers significant schedule flexibility. You coordinate directly with your patients and may plan your day around personal commitments.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Active PTA license in the state

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card

• Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (home health preferred)
