We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a high-paying, flexible role providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients in a Day Habilitation setting.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-3pm or 8:30am–3:30pm or 9am-4pm (no nights, weekends, or holidays)

Day Habilitation services are therapeutic programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) whose conditions make it challenging to live independently in the community. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing general nursing care and helping coordinate medical services with each participant’s physician or clinic.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts

• At least 1 year of treating nursing experience

• U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
