Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a Home Health Director of Patient Services role. As the clinical leader, you will guide the overall direction of home health care, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality services while supporting and mentoring your team.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical staff

  • Guide and support coordinators and clinical supervisors

  • Assist with patient and caregiver assessments, care planning, and evaluations

  • Monitor census trends to align staffing and resources

  • Lead staff education and training programs

  • Evaluate organizational performance and help set goals

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards

  • Oversee patient care services across all departments

Pay & Benefits:

  • Generous salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in CA

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

  • At least 2 years experience as a home health director of patient care services and/or home health administrator.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of regulations, Joint Commission standards, and quality management
