We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Healthcare Supervisor in our Day Habilitation programs. This position covers two offices (Norwell and Hingham) and plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing healthcare services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Day Habilitation programs are therapeutic services for individuals with I/DD whose conditions make independent living in the community challenging.

About the Role:

• Coordinate medical services with each member’s physician or clinic.

• Oversee all healthcare services provided to program members, including therapies.

• Act as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff (including LPNs).

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Massachusetts

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

• U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
