We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Home Health Clinical Director (Director of Clinical Services) role.

As a Director of Clinical Services, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate all patient services, ensuring compliance with Medicare, state, and CHAP regulations

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate clinical staff, providing training, mentoring, and professional development

• Review patient intakes, monitor clinical records, and perform audits to maintain quality standards

• Participate in QAPI activities, IDG meetings, and compliance audits

• Support new staff orientation and ongoing education

• Provide patient visits in the home setting when needed

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Active RN license in Illinois

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in home hospice or skilled home health

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to market and work tactfully with customers and the community
