Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (DPT) to serve as a Home Health Administrator with our small but growing Medicare-certified home health agency. This is a leadership role for a professional with the knowledge, talent, and passion to manage operations and drive growth while ensuring quality patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, budget, manage, and evaluate agency programs to meet performance goals

  • Teach, coach, and mentor staff; provide in-home care as needed (e.g., call-outs)

  • Recruit qualified personnel, evaluate staff performance, and organize orientation and in-service programs

  • Develop record-keeping and reporting systems for documentation and evaluation

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal licensure regulations and standards

  • Delegate administrative responsibilities in the Administrator’s absence

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT) in CT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

  • Current or recent leadership experience as an Administrator, Executive Director, or Supervisor in a Medicare-certified home health agency
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
