Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice Manager position in an inpatient facility Hospice House setting. The Hospice House Clinical Manager is responsible for direct supervision of Hospice House clinicians, participation in orientation and education of clinicians, and conducting QAPI functions including but not limited to Medicare related reporting required.

 

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support Hospice House clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Oversee staff scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, care plan reviews, and chart audits.

  • Participate in orientation, education, and in-service programs.

  • Provide guidance on clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

  • Participate in QAPI functions and Medicare reporting.

  • Review Hospice CAHPS data and admission documentation.

  • Serve as backup to the Hospice Director of Patient Services when needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • At least 2 years of hospice RN experience

  • Management experience in a healthcare setting (any type)

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)

  • COVID-19 vaccine required
