We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Health Care Coordinator. The RN manages the healthcare of individuals receiving services from the Department of Developmental Services (DDS); provides supervision to licensed staff; offers consultation to certified staff; serves as an advocate; oversees the Medication Administration Program (MAP); and provides ongoing training and support to team members.
About the Role:
Oversee and coordinate the healthcare of individuals receiving DDS services.
Review physician orders, medications, and treatment plans.
Provide clinical consultation and support to licensed and certified staff.
Ensure compliance with DDS and MAP (Medication Administration Program) regulations.
Serve as a liaison between the agency, DDS, and healthcare providers.
Conduct periodic health record reviews and on-site visits.
Supervise LPNs, assist with hiring and training, and provide ongoing staff education.
Attend team and DDS meetings to support overall healthcare planning.

Requirements:
Active RN license in Massachusetts
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
