We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a residential care setting, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who require assistance and supervision to live safely and successfully in the community.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments per Medication Administration Program (MAP) Guidelines.
Monitor individuals’ health status, record observations, and report significant changes to the supervisor or physician.
Take and record vital signs; respond to medical or emergency situations per nursing protocols.
Support individuals with personal care needs such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and exercise.
Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in a residential care setting.
Act as a liaison between DDS, day programs, and families regarding medical care and support.
Complete and update medical assessments, monthly progress notes, and other required documentation.
Conduct medical-based training and guidance for residential staff.
Assist and collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and program compliance.

Requirements:
Current LPN license in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of treating nursing experience
U.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
