We are seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator/Executive Director to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all hospice operations (patient care, HR, finance, administration)
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Hire, train, schedule, and support staff
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and QA programs
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and audits
Maintain accurate records and ensure privacy compliance
Support patients, families, and staff with professionalism and compassion
Collaborate with medical professionals and community partners
Compensation & Benefits:
$85,000–$120,000 salary range

Requirements:
Proven Hospice Administrator experience (Required)
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices

Financial management experience (budgeting, audits, reporting)
