Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Home Health position.


This role offers a high level of flexibility, as you will schedule directly with your own patients. You have control over when you start and end your day and can plan visits around personal appointments and life events.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services in patient homes and assisted living settings

  • Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out established plans of care

  • Document patient progress using electronic charting

  • Communicate patient status and changes to the Director

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy

  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state

  • U.S. citizen or green card holder (required — no exceptions)

  • Minimum 1 year of PTA treatment experience

  • Comfortable with driving between patient locations as part of the workday
