We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Registered Nurse (RN) for a Healthcare Coordinator position with a well-respected non-profit human services agency. This organization is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities through meaningful supports, therapeutic services, and enriched living environments.
As the Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a key role in supervising, training, and supporting staff to ensure the medical needs of individuals served are met. This position is not a hands‑on nursing role.
Position Location: Travel between residential programs in: Billerica, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tyngsborough, Lowell, and Tewksbury
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will be required to flex hours at times to accommodate the needs of the agency.
Support continuity of care in partnership with the Director of Health Services
Train and guide staff on medical needs and medication processes
Monitor health status, medication administration, and program compliance
Communicate with providers and attend medical appointments as needed

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Massachusetts license
Experience in an acute care setting required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license (travel required)
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
