We are hiring a Full-Time Hospice RN for a home health setting. In this role, you will care for patients in senior living communities and private homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hospice nursing care in patient homes and senior living communities

• Manage caseload and coordinate plans of care

• Perform skilled nursing treatments and symptom management

• Support patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care

• Educate caregivers and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team

• Travel between nearby patient locations throughout the day

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of nursing experience

• Active RN license

• Hospice or home health experience preferred

• Strong compassionate communication style

• Comfortable building relationships with patients and families

• Positive, supportive bedside manner

• Willing and able to travel between patient homes and communities
