We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a highly flexible home health position. You will schedule directly with your own patients, giving you strong control over when your day starts and ends. You can plan visits around your personal appointments and life commitments.

You’ll provide one-on-one care in patient homes and assisted living facilities within the Russellville service area.

What You’ll Do:

• Treat patients in their homes and assisted living communities

• Develop and carry out individualized PT care plans

• Complete admissions, discharges, OASIS, and progress documentation

• Track and report patient progress

• Coordinate updates with the Director and care team

• Manage your own patient schedule

Requirements:

• PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy)

• Active PT license in the state

• US Citizen or Green Card holder (required)

• Home health experience is a plus — new grads welcome
