We are hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time (20–40 hours/week) Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health role. Customizable relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Must be licensed to practice PT in the state

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
