We are seeking a Full-Time Hospice Executive Director (RN) to lead our compassionate, patient-centered hospice team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader who is passionate about quality patient care, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day hospice operations
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reimbursement requirements
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staffing plans
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor quality outcomes and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with organizational leadership on strategic planning and growth
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care

Qualifications:
- Active RN License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Skilled Nursing (SNF)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
