We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time lead position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data.
- Develop and oversee ethical, trauma-informed, assent-based treatment plans.
- Provide parent training and case supervision.
- Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to support continuity of care.
- Ensure timely delivery of behavior-analytic services.
- Mentor and supervise employees in the student program.

Requirements
- Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing with the BACB.
- Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan
- At least 3 years of BCBA experience
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Valid State of Michigan’s Driver’s License and current auto insurance
