    We are looking for a Home Health experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Baylor position in the Homecare at home setting.  The Home Health Care RN will work 24 hours but get paid for 32 hours.  The shift would be 11 am to 11 pm Saturday and Sunday.  All candidates for this position MUST have Home Health Care experience.   The Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) position involves doing Home Health visits to patients in their homes.  The position is sometimes referred to as a Home Health case manager position as you will be managing the cases of your Home Health patients.  This Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is with a homecare and Home Health company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. They offer skilled nursing services as well as a full range of services. The documentation is electronic. The pay and benefits are generous.

     

    Requirements for the Home Health case manager position: The Registered Nurse MUST have Home Health Care experience.  The Registered Nurse must we able and willing to work 11 am to 11 pm Saturday and Sunday.  Must be a Registered Nurse who is licensed in the state of MA or NH.  The registered nurse must either be a US citizen or have a green card.
