    Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice Case Manager position.  Hospice experience is preferred but not necessary if the nurse is eager and energetic toward learning hospice.  These hospice visits are done in the home setting.  Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager.  This Hospice Registered Nurse position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity.  The pay and benefits are generous for this Registered Nurse Hospice Position and the schedule is very flexible.     Benefits for the Hospice Case Manager position:

    • The pay is salaried, so you will receive their dependable weekly pay no matter what happens with the census.
    • The agency is contracted with two local ortho docs who refer all their fresh joints to the agency-- so most of your patients will be fairly high functioning and will make a lot of progress.  Plus, because the patients are high-functioning, there will be less lifting involved than most home health agencies and less lifting than most settings too!
    • Health Insurances--  Several tiers to choose from plus the companies pays for 75% of the employee's premium and 50% of their dependents premiums, which is much higher than most companies.
