    Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Nurse (RN) for an office position in home health. The Quality Assurance Nurse must have a Bachelors degree or higher.  To qualify for the Quality Improvement Nurse position, the Registered Nurse MUST have experience in Quality Improvement (QI), or Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse, or Utilization Review (UR), or Quality Review (QR) AND it must be in the home health setting.  The Quality Assurance nurse will be responsible for chart reviewing and typical Quality Improvement measures.  This Home Health Case Manager position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, so they offer stability and job security.

    Requirements for the Home Health Quality Assurance Nurse Position:  The Quality Assurance Nurse must have a Bachelors degree or higher.  Experience or background in one of the following in the home health setting is required:  Quality Improvement (QI), or Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse, or Utilization Review (UR), or Quality Review (QR).  A supervisor or Director of Clinical Services who has performed Quality Assurance measures and feels competent with them would also qualify for this position.  The registered nurse must have home health experience including complete competence in filling out the OASIS form.  The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN).  The registered nurse must be licensed in the state.
